MOVIN#1

Want to learn how to create a business model in 2 weeks? Supported by Erasmus+, MOVIN+ will give this opportunity to 72 students! MOVIN#1 is the 1st group of students from 3 VET schools in Spain (IES Bioclimatico, Zurbaran and Extremadura) participating in an entrepreneurship programme in Cyprus.

18​ students with backgrounds in pharmacy, sports management and business administration formed 3 business teams and worked on a specific theme using different tools in the process, like Business Model Canvas and Lego Serious Play. 
​

The duration of the exercise was 2-weeks, during which the Business Teams addressed issues relating to Target Segments, Value Proposition, Communication, Channels, Key Resources, Activities and Partners, as well as financial issues.
​

After 2 weeks of training sessions with different challenges and team work, a lot of hard work and fun, 3 business models were presented and everybody successfully completed the programme. We had some time to explore the sights of Cyprus as well!
